  8. Review CC & R’s-Section 6. Article VI, Section 6: Jon Bauer
    – Approved with 48 “YES” votes: Delete, CC & R’s- Article VI, Section 6 referring to owning the water system. 6. The Association owns and maintains its water system… Any other use shall be at the discretion of the Water Committee…Excessive use of water may lead to suspension of service. https://saundersmeadow.com/documents/ccrs/#s6
    – Reason: This is outdated. We do not own the system and there is no water committee. This could be confusing to new buyers and a potential deal breaker for the sale of a property.
